Alan Lazar (UCLA Law, ’69) is a practicing trial attorney with almost 40 years of experience in civil litigation and appeals in California in a broad range of practice areas. He has tried a wide range of cases to verdict, including a recent 3-month jury trial involving pesticide exposure.  Each year since 1976 Mr. Lazar has received Martindale-Hubbel’s highest “AV” rating.

In 2004, Mr. Lazar completed intensive mediator training, and began serving as a private mediator and as a mediator for the California Court of Appeal (2nd Appellate District) and the Dispute Resolution Services Department of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
